DE JUBLILOSA BEVERAGES manufactures and distributes non-alcoholic grape and fruit-based beverage blends containing 0.0% alcohol by volume. Our beverages are non-intoxicating and compliant with FSSAI regulations.

2. Pricing, Taxes & Invoices

All prices listed on the store are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST 5%, HSN 22029990). Official computer-generated GST tax invoices are generated for every completed transaction.

3. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to maintain continuous uptime and timely delivery, DE JUBLILOSA BEVERAGES is not liable for delayed transit caused by force majeure events, natural disruptions, or courier operational hurdles beyond reasonable control.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
